Laurel's knowledge was thorough, and she quickly honed in on homes that fit our requirements. She let us know immediately when a house we liked, but had an offer, came back on the market. However, it is her attention to detail and follow-up that was truly invaluable. She stayed on top of the lender and title company, making sure that regulatory deadlines were followed so the closing date would be met. She went to the house numerous times for inspections, appliance deliveries and even watered the lawn for a month and a half. We felt that we could absolutely rely upon her to take care of things that we couldn't, being out of state.

I will recommend Laurel without hesitation.

After dealing with extended illness and stress of losing my father she made the process of selling his house as easy as possible with limited stress. She was quick to repond and very result oriented. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their property.

Exceptional Agent! She should be cloned. We were so pleased, relaxed, at ease throughout the entire transaction. So much so we have referred her to other military families in the area. She’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced, above all keen in details. My husband is disabled and Laurel made sure his questions and concerns were answered. She help develop a time line for us six months prior to us selling the home. Laurel made sure to put our needs and wants ahead of anything. Very pleased and would work with her again if on the market.

The home was set with the buyers in a matter of two days. The rest of the time was just the normality of things. Laurel set us up with inspections in advance to avoid surprises. We were so prepared the buyers declined inspection as we had done much of the work in advance. Laurel made sure to be where ever any transaction took place to assure ease and painless transactions. Again making sure my husband was comfortable.

Her level of professionalism is unparalleled. She was on her toes always attentive and open communication with me. When it came to my husband she would meet with him and his service dog as needed. Laurel knows the business well!

Deciding to sell our home of 41 years and then searching for a senior community where we could be comfortable and happy, was a lengthy process. Over a period of months after our first contact, Laurel Davies was patient and accessible. We never experienced any sort of pressure, but knew Laurel was there for us.

Once our decision to sell was made, Laurel guided us and was available for questions or concerns every step of the way through what turned out to be a problematic sale after an inspection discovered foundation problems with our house. We could not have the repairs done ourselves, and depended on and trusted Laurel to handle our "As Is" sale competently and professionally.

We are now living happily in the senior community we had chosen, while the young couple who "fell in love" with our house are having the foundation work done and looking forward to moving in.

We would unequivocally recommend Laurel Davies to anyone preparing to sell their property.

My husband had used Century 21 agents previously. He set up interviews with 3 different restored and Laurel showed up prepared and outshone the others. There was no need to look further.

Laurel was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through each section of the sale, explaining the process step by step. She worked really hard and went above and beyond with dealing with the appraisal.

Laurel helped us hire a contractor to fix our condo that had previously been rented to horrible tenants. We live about an hour away and she took care of the coordination with the contractor. She communicated with us when needed. She was wonderful. If we ever need to buy a piece of property, we would definitely contact Laurel!
