Laurel is truly a professional. I have worked with her many times and know that I can trust her expert opinion. Laurel is at attentive and listens to the needs/wants of her clients. She listen to, and worked with my ideas and kept the project on task
She recommended great subcontractors that all went above and beyond their agreed upon responsibilities
She took an active role in improving the property with the least amount of financial investment to maximize the sale price
She negotiated with a difficult buying agent to protect my best interests
She took an active role in improving the property with minimal fiscal impact to me to maximize the sale price
She educated herself on the reverse mortgage and coordinated with the title company to make that seamless transition
She confronted the buyers inspection, reports to ferret out improper assessments that they made
She was concerned and actively involved in the process from beginning to end

She also took most of the worry out of the process for me

Laurl did everything
I had no contact with century 21 and very little with the title company and the reverse mortgage company
Laurl seem to anticipate all of the other entities needs including advising me on mail forwarding utility and PG&E issues
This case is a little different as I am an executor for a trust for the owner of this residence
I also live over 300 miles away and having Laurl there to oversee the process was invaluable
Although the seller is in command of the ship in this case, truly, Laurl was the captain I can't thank her enough for her dedication to helping me with this process
