Having worked with Laurel Davies on several previous real estate transactions in the area, I can honestly say she is one of, if not the best agent in the Sacramento area. She helped me for months ahead of lisitng the property with all the necessary work that needed to be completed on the house to ensure a quick sale. She was both available and responsive when ever I needed her assistance and she handled some issues that came up even though it was not necessary for her to do so. This sale went through both quickly and efficiently and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing expertise with real estate services.
