She came prepared with property details and real estate information in a folder which helped us understand the market and what we could expect. She listened to our questions and concerns . She was accurate with her sales strategy and delivered on every promise. Her calendar of "to do's "was executed in a timely manner with cleaning and the staging she brought in created new stories for our home. It all made a big difference! I picked Lindsay after interviewing her and a another relator from Coldwell bankers due to her professionalism, extensive research and her marketing plan for my house.

Lindsay did a fantastic job from start to finish, even when we had been under contract 3 different times and they backed out she had quickly terminated the old contract and had us back in the market the next day and had plenty of prospective buyers. Lindsay was especially helpful in our case that we had left the state due to a military relocation prior to closing but took care of everything for us.

Lindsay not only was professional but had our best interest in mind as well as not afraid to deal with complicated buyers.

They did very well communicating with me and my wife to keep us up to date with the sale of our house.

She gave me what I needed when I needed it. When I needed encouragement to just keep at things to get ready, she gave it. When we were close but slowing down, I needed a deadline and she gave one that was reachable. We were late by 10 days, but we made it and she was patient to wait.

Two days! TWO!!! 21 Prospective buyers in two days and we got nine offers. She made it so easy to choose who would get our house. Very organized and meticulous.

Patient should definitely be on that list. We had so many questions and concerns. She was not annoyed by the millions of things that came up.

Lindsay is great to work with she won against an all cash offer because we listened to her advice. She was able to work quickly with our lender and get a fast close and get it done.
