Our first favorable impression was the marketing plan which well organized and detailed. Lindsay followed through plan, gave sage advice on our preparing house and property for sale. Her suggestion of using staging furniture was great. Lindsay held three open houses plus a brokers open--giving exposure to wide variety of buyers. She contacted us if buyers had any questions, we answered and resolved any issues. Lindsay was always available if we had any questions.
Lindsay also helped us purchase a new home. She showed us multiple properties in Gig Harbor, Allyn and Tacoma. With her extensive knowledge, we discussed pros and cons, flaws and plus points on each visit. In the end, we found just the right house.

I picked Lindsay after interviewing her and a another relator from Coldwell bankers due to her professionalism, extensive research and her marketing plan for my house.

Lindsay did a fantastic job from start to finish, even when we had been under contract 3 different times and they backed out she had quickly terminated the old contract and had us back in the market the next day and had plenty of prospective buyers. Lindsay was especially helpful in our case that we had left the state due to a military relocation prior to closing but took care of everything for us.

Lindsay not only was professional but had our best interest in mind as well as not afraid to deal with complicated buyers.

They did very well communicating with me and my wife to keep us up to date with the sale of our house.

She gave me what I needed when I needed it. When I needed encouragement to just keep at things to get ready, she gave it. When we were close but slowing down, I needed a deadline and she gave one that was reachable. We were late by 10 days, but we made it and she was patient to wait.

Two days! TWO!!! 21 Prospective buyers in two days and we got nine offers. She made it so easy to choose who would get our house. Very organized and meticulous.
