Very straight forward in approach and communication. The house sold in three days.

My son was looking for a home to buy and Lindsay was recommended by his brother In-law, who is a Realtor in the State of Utah. We followed the purchase of their home and was very impressed with her knowledge, skill, and professionalism. As my wife and I talked with her we were very comfortable and at ease in discussing the sale of our rental home.

Because of her hard work in preparation, presentation, and representing us. the house was on the market one (1) day.

If we were to sell our present home (which we don't plan on doing) we would go to Lindasy, no matter where she was working.

I don’t even know where to begin. As a first time home buyer, the whole experience was completely foreign to me. Lindsay took me under her wing, showed me the ropes, and was extremely transparent throughout the process. 



So here’s the story. I fell in love with a condo that had just gone on the market, and in short, we were outbid. (She knew that it wasn’t worth what it was going for. She was doing me a big favor by advising we don’t offer up any more.) Afterwards, Lindsay wrote letters to other owners at the complex saying that she had an interested buyer - and low and behold, we got one!! The whole scenario was completely meant to be.

I’m writing this review from the comfort of my new home, my first home, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Lindsay is my realtor for life. Lindsay listed our house early since we had put in an offer on a house and they wanted us to list our house one week earlier. And she made it happen! She was always available for any questions and she also became a friend! She also helped to facilitate communications with my realtor in Georgia since we were concerned we were going to loose the house we had put an offer in on. We are so thankful for her!
