Lindsay was very helpful in helping me to find the home that checked off most of my boxes. Best of all, it only took me a year until I found the home I wanted to buy! During that year long period, Lindsay showed me all the homes I was interested in seeing (a total of 11 homes). If she couldn't show me a home, then she had another agent from her office show me a home in her place. She also went to two different homes and took lots of video and photos and sent them to my phone so I could get an idea of what the home looked like "in person" (this was even before Covid-19). Finally, Lindsay even went to the home I was waiting to close on and took video and photos of the inside and outside of the home because there was a tropical storm that had hit Myrtle Beach and I wanted to make sure that the home I was in the process of buying didn't sustain any storm damage.
