Lucy Gamez is the best! I can't believe my good fortune to stumble across her by placing a simple phone call about a house we looked at on Zillow. Lucy spent time to answer questions, speak to the area and listen to what we were looking to find for our son. Within a week she had found the perfect home and we signed a contract with a local builder.

Through no fault of Lucy's, the purchase and closing experience with the national builder was difficult, but Lucy handled everything at all phases. She even had to escalate an issue to the regional sales manager that resulted in the home builder following through on the deal the salesman originally communicated. She helped us through the loan process and documents, attended all walk-thrus of the home to identify problems, even offered to attend the closing if we needed her!

I feel like Lucy is family and wish we lived closer so we could stay connected. She's an incredible realtor and I recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a home in the area she serves. I couldn't have asked for better representation through this purchase than Lucy Gamez.
