She sold our home in August 2020 and was so attentive with the 'million' questions we had for her not only on the sale of our home but even on the buying of our new home out of state. Words can not express our experience with Mary. After many weeks of going back and forth we put our house on the market with her. She came in (just like family) and discussed the ends and outs with us. Evaluated our house told us what we needed todo and then she went to work. She had professional pictures done of our house and wrote a excellent description adding what we felt would help sell our house to the best buyer. We listed July 4th weekend and before it 100% hit the market we were already having a lot of interest in it. We went under contract within 7 days. We not only listed our house with her we also left the daunting task of finding our now forever home with her. Let me just tell you. She knew exactly what we needed. The house we have now never hit the market. She was on her game and found us our unique house with land and enough room to store not one but two campers, 5 vehicles.
