If I ever know someone who needs to sell a home I would highly recomed Mike. He has been doing this for a long time and he knows what he is doing very friendly. if you have a question he will gladly help you out.

Mike did a great job presenting the property, letting us know what if any things we needed to do to make the property attractive. My wife and I really didn't have to do anything, Mike took care of it all. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Mike was great to work with. We had previously worked with him and he was willing to travel out of his normal territory to assist us with purchasing our home. His knowledge about the home buying process, inspections, and general maintenance of a house really sets him apart from other real estate agents.

Working with Mike on our first home purchase was very pleasurable. Mike was very understanding of our wants and needs as we started looking at homes. He was very patient with us and showed us many homes until we found the one within our price ranges that fitted our needs. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable as we worked through all the details from start to finish, from looking at homes, writing the offers, home inspections, financing, and closing details. Mike Gross has helped Us purchase several income properties and helped us sell my mothers home as well as our own.
