Michael did an excellent job in this transaction. I was the buyer of a lot. Michael had good knowledge of the surrounding area and the community I was looking into. He was readily available and return calls promptly. I would definitely recommend him to friends and or family.

Michael Gross made this the best home buying experience that I have ever had. I felt that he was looking out for my best interests and listened to my concerns. His personal experience with home renovation also helped me see other options in updating the homes I looked at to determine the best option for me. Couldn't ask for a better person to help find my next home. Would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new home.

Mike is very committed to getting the sale done. Plenty of advice and knowledge throughout the process. A good communicator!!!! One of the best in the business when it comes to communication, which is critical.
