For months I had struggled with the contemplation of home ownership and whether or not I wanted to take on the huge responsibility of being a homeowner without the security of having a mate to help me with it. Michelle was wonderful to work with. We had to first sell before we could even start to look. After about 10 months we sold and had a 10 day closing. We had to then get preapproved for a mortgage and Michelle got us a morgage broker. We found a house and from first look to close it took about a month. Michelle was there every step of the way and still here. Needed help with Home Warranty work and she stepped up again. I feel we have a forever friend and next time we need a realator it will be Michelle Bell.

Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about the area and showed us great homes fitting the needs / wants we were looking for. When we decided on our home she was in constant communication with us while we were trying to relocate to the area. She made the process of relocating to a new city very seamless for us. Would definitely use Michelle again for our future home buying / selling needs.
