Michelle was so great when listing my home. She told me what was important to do with getting it ready to list and once those were completed she had the photographer over right away. She even offered to have them come back when I moved a couple things out of the way to make the picture look better. There was an offer on my home only a week after it was listed. I highly recommend her as she is on top of things and willing to help in every way she can. It is not often you see a hands on realtor who will come to your home and help PRIOR to listing a home.
