I feel so lucky that I used Neal Alie as my realtor for not only my home sale, but for my purchase as well. First of all Neal goes way beyond any expectation you might have of a realtor. He came up with a rough timeline and discussed with me the optimum time at which the house should be listed. During the next few months, Neal came by, checked on progress and we continually discussed cost of improvements versus potential profit. When the house went on the market, we received offers within a few days. He walked me through the whole process and sold my home for more than I ever expected. Thank goodness, we had Neal and all of his experience for every step of the way. Many of us know a friend of a friend in the real estate business. My advice is don’t go that route. Go with someone who has integrity, experience and compassion.
