Rachel is the absolute BEST! I moved from ATL to SEA back in 2020. I had my house rented out with a property mangement company that was HORIBLE. When it came time to sell not only did Rachael sell it, she took care of home repairs (a very fussy AC unit that needed 4 seperate repairs) She even helped the tenents when a challenge arouse (completely not her job). Rachael was able to get me help with yard work, home repairs, painting and even did a few handyman jobs herself. This was all done while I was living in Seattle.
