When Randy said he would take care of everything, he meant it. Even when we had furniture that we could not take with us. He took care of it. We moved our mother a couple states away from California and Randy was very good at communicating the process of getting the house ready to market. Even better, we go the price we wanted! Randy and his team are phenomenal!! He was able to get us our dream home by negotiating to a lower price that was in our budget! Donette was especially helpful, giving us recommendations for local vendors. Randy's team helped coordinate the required improvements that needed to be done on the house in order for us to get our FHA loan. Not only was his team able to facilitate all the work, but did it in a very timely manner faster than what we expected. He and his team worked hard to get us a great deal. It's hard to believe that was 9 years ago already. Our life circumstances changed and we were ready to sell our home.
