Randy and his team are phenomenal!! He was able to get us our dream home by negotiating to a lower price that was in our budget! Donette was especially helpful, giving us recommendations for local vendors. Randy's team helped coordinate the required improvements that needed to be done on the house in order for us to get our FHA loan. Not only was his team able to facilitate all the work, but did it in a very timely manner faster than what we expected.
