Hard to sell unit but Rick got it done! My husband and I were stuck with a condo that was very difficult to sell, first because of the association’s unreasonable demands for buyers financing a purchase and second due to the prohibition on rentals which made our place not an option for investors. Rick was nothing short of a magician, getting our unit closed within a couple of months. He got to know the association and building management and found a way to work with them to sell the unit. I truly believe that if we had not worked with Rick we would still be stuck paying association fees on an empty unit.
