I owned a duplex in LA, but live far away. Sam found me the place, and negotiated a great deal for my purchase. If that weren't enough, he managed the property and dealt with the renters and all repairs. He always kept me informed but did all the work seamlessly. When we had a big flood, Sam did such a great repair/remodel, that we decided to sell the place. Even at the height of Covid, Sam found the best buyer and I never had to go in person. Sam took care of everything and was always available. He is calm, practical, and efficient, as well as a great negotiator.

Sam sold my parents home in one week and well over asking price. After their passing we met with Sam and he walked us through every step of the process.
