I worked with Scott Garrison for a long time regarding the buying homes, selling of homes. Recently he helped me selling with some Vacant Land using some type of Land Trust that he made easy for me! I know a LOT of Realtors, and he knows things in Real estate I do not think anyone else knows or would take the time to explain to me. Scott has a wonderful way of explain complicated stuff simply. Even with difficult issues, give him enough time to think about them, and he will come up with an answer that works. He keeps in touch, both electronically and personally.
