We came across Becker Properties by accident when researching a home we were interested in, and Sean Blanchard agreed to help us with our home search. We lived out of state during the home search and buying process, and throughout the process Sean exceeded our expectations by being more than willing to view potential homes for us, taking videos and photos so that we could see more than what the online property listing showed. He also guided us on the best areas to narrow our search, which was especially helpful since we were unfamiliar with the area. We would definitely recommend Sean to anyone who is looking for a buyer's agent that is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond for his clients.

Sean Blanchard was an amazing agent from start to finish. My boyfriend and I contacted several other agents before we found him, but most of them never even bothered to get back to us once we shared what we were looking for. Sean, however, did not hesitate to jump in and find us EXACTLY what we wanted. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout the whole process. He worked around our schedules, juggled our often conflicting desires, and was extremely knowledgeable about the region as well as the overall process.
