Her patients with us being first time buyers was extremely reassuring throughout the process. Some years later, I decided to build a real estate portfolio. Shanan was extremely helpful. The wife and I never sold a house before and Shanan walked us through the process. Explained everything step by step. We had alot of questions during the listing and sale of the house and Shanan would get back to us with in hours if not minutes with the answers.
It was a pleasure meeting and working with Shanan. Very friendly and outgoing and especially extremely great at her job.

Shanan had served as both a Buyer's & Seller's Agent 4me starting w/my initial request 2see 1of her Condo Listings & moving-on thru many of my request. 4Showing appointments 4various property-types of listings as my realizations changed & set-in. Upon meeting the 1st time time, she was very professional & knowledgeable & I felt I could put my trust in her as we dodged thru 4over a year which prevailed interesting Listings 4me & offers were presented promptly but fell 4many reasons, mostly due 2my contingency. She maintained a positive attitude & brought me back "up" many times & provided encouragement.
