Now three months after closing, Shannan continues to support us with ensuring the builders commitment to fix issues are getting done. Now that's amazing Customer Service !

Shannon did an outstanding job!! My granddaughter and daughters told me about a home -- had all the criteria I was looking for. I contacted Team Burt and was lucky enough to be connected to Shannon. Shannon changed her schedule around, came from Navarre to show me my forever Pensacola home in the same day I called. To be sure I was buying the "right" home for me -- she met the next morning to look at two others I was interested in. The funny thing, the day I met Shannon was the same day that I was "fired" by another realtor because I refused to buy the home he wanted me to buy. Like I told him, you aren't paying for the home nor living in it -- my money, my decision. Shannon was GREAT -- no pushing, just gave me the facts I needed since this was my 6th home purchase and I was pretty knowledgeable about home buying. Glad I was fired by the unnamed agent that morning and then bought a home with Shannon's help the following day.

This was my second home perchase in my life and Shannan was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was forced to look for a home when the market was at its hottest due to being in the military and moving to Florida from NC for a PCS. I was unable to be there personally to search for a home for a majority of the search and Shannan went out of her way to make sure I was able to at least see each home I was interested in through video walk through and pictures. She was upfront and honest with me through the entire process and kept my interests as her main priority throughout the process. I can't recommend her enough. If you want a realtor who will work for you, answer all your questions, keep you updated on current market trends, and make sure that find the home that is perfect for you, Shannan is the right choice. I will also personally recommend her if anyone I know ever looks for a home in my local area. The absolute best.
