We used Sheila to relocate to MA from CA. We were looking for an equestrian property and it was a daunting process because we could only fly out a few times and we had no idea where to start with vendors, laws, zoning,etc. Sheila went way above and beyond what we could have ever expected, every step of the way. Sheila was a wealth of knowledge on horses, equestrian properties, and the equestrian business and culture in Massachusetts in general. She spent hours with us on the phone answereing questions, doing video walk-throughs, explaining the process, and generally just keeping us focused and calm. She connected us to everyone we needed to make the process smooth and efficient. She researched the zoning regulations in each town we considered and provided a lot of advice on exactly what we'd need to do to turn each property into our forever home. In the end, she helped us find exactly what we wanted, below our budget, and within our timeframe. If I could give Sheila 100 stars, I would.

We connected via an equine FB group and she was able to quickly help us find what hopefully will be our next dream "farmette"! She made everything easy and really put the time and effort into explaining things for us as we do not live in MA and are not local.
