Stephanie Cathey grew up around real estate. Her first job was at a RE/MAX in Daytona Beach on weekends, where she set up listing packets and answered phones while a senior in high school. Fast forward ten years, after graduating college and marrying her husband Mike, Stephanie decided to dive into real estate herself. Since 2014, she has built a nationally ranked team from the ground up, selling just under $50 million in volume in 2021. Every year, her business continues to grow. In three short years, Stephanie was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2021, she and her team received the coveted RE/MAX Diamond Club Award! As a two-time Top 40 Under 40 Honoree in Volusia County, Stephanie is also actively involved in the community. She created the 501(c)(3) Lennon's Lunchbox, which helps refill students' past due lunch accounts, and she is a children's book author, having published her first book, "Sometimes Mommy Works and Sometimes Mommy Plays," in late 2021!
