Before becoming a Realtor®, I built my career as a real estate and transactional paralegal, supporting some of California’s most sophisticated real estate, development, finance, and acquisition transactions. My experience includes working with nationally recognized law firms, institutional real estate companies, developers, investors, and California state agencies on residential, commercial, development, financing, leasing, land use, entitlement, and acquisition matters.

Throughout my career, I have assisted with the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of properties across California, including overseeing legal and transactional support for dozens of large-scale real estate and healthcare facility acquisitions. My background includes work with American Homes 4 Rent’s development division, Allen Matkins’ transactional and corporate division, and major consulting organizations supporting state agencies. This experience has given me extensive knowledge in reviewing contracts, coordinating due diligence, resolving title issues, managing compliance requirements, and guiding transactions from negotiation through closing.
