Steve has a passion for his job that goes beyond words, as clients and the relationships he builds with them are his top priority. Born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, he continues to grow alongside these vibrant cities. A true people person, Steve can fit into any crowd, which is what drove him to pursue a career in real estate. He enjoys being around people and takes pride in helping them achieve their goals.

Steve currently lives in the Grand Prairie area, where he cherishes quality time with his family. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, team roping, golfing, and attending church.

Since January 2003, Steve has been the owner and CEO of The Burleson Realty Team in Grand Prairie, TX.

His responsibilities include:
- Obtaining agreements from property owners to list their properties for sale with The Burleson Realty Team.
- Monitoring the fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure timely handling.
- Comparing properties with similar ones that have recently sold to determine their competitive market placement.
- Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers regarding property prices and settlement details, as well as during the closing processes.
- Maintaining knowledge of real estate laws, local economies, fair housing laws, and various financing options, including available mortgages and government programs.

Through his dedication and expertise, Steve has consistently achieved the status of Multi-Million Dollar Producer each year.
