Unfortunately there are not enough stars to give to Terry Jacobs. I give her a 10/5 stars. It has been a long process to sell my home in Virginia and begin the buying process here. Terry was great in hanging with me and explaining every step that needed to be done since this was a first buy. For a rookie like me, she had great patience and willingness to go the extra mile.
