After vacationing in Myrtle Beach for many years, my family moved to South Carolina in 2018. Eleven months later, we purchased our own home right here in Myrtle Beach. My knowledge, along with my own recent life experience of moving from out of state (the Northeast) and purchasing a home, has provided me with valuable skills that are used daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Moving out of state has many hurdles, but having done it myself, I can help guide you through the process from start to move-in and beyond. Unfortunately there are not enough stars to give to Terry Jacobs. I give her a 10/5 stars. It has been a long process to sell my home in Virginia and begin the buying process here. Terry was great in hanging with me and explaining every step that needed to be done since this was a first buy. For a rookie like me, she had great patience and willingness to go the extra mile.
