Tracy, really was professional and held our hand at the same time. We are snowbirds and came for a week. Tracy had a list of places to see that was spot on and we went under contract on day 2. Enjoying the rest of the time in Myrtle Beach. Tracy let us know exactly what was going to happen during the process. She answered her phone every time we called and even set up for Habitat for Humanity to come after closing for us. Tracy has become a friend that we will call for any further Real Estate adventures we may have. She also gives the best closing gifts. Knowing we are not from there she got us a state park pass so we can explore when there. Thanks Tracy (Hamburger Joes next time we are there right?)
