Amazing Professional. Hired him to sell one of my rentals. Our first above asking price offer came in only 2 weeks, but got derailed due to Hurricane Irma damage. He stuck with it and go my asking price a few weeks later. I was so impressed, I told him I MAY be interested in selling another rental property. After going to see the property, he told me he could get me 30k above my price. Skeptical, I agreed that if he could get me 30k about my price, he could sell it. Well, he sold this property for 30+ above what I was originally expecting. Now, neither of these sales were easy, nor quick. It took hard work and dedication to get them sold above asking price. I turned down several market price offers, but Wayne was not deterred. He put in the time and effort to make it happen. My wife and I are pleased with his work. Great guy and excellent professional realtor.
