Almaden Lake’s rolling three-month numbers show notable cooling compared with a year ago. Typical home values are down about 16 percent year over year, and median list prices are lower by around 6 percent. Sales activity has also slowed, with homes sold and pending sales each dropping by roughly 11 to 46 percent over the same period.
