Everything was great! I really appreciate his attention to details, proactiveness, patience and advice. He never tried to push us to buy something quickly just to close the deal faster or pay more than necessary! Always quick and responsive, he was available for consultation even late hours.

He also helped us a lot with post purchase arrangements and gave many important recommendations regarding our house maintenance. It saved us a lot of time!

Kourosh was great from start to finish. From Day 1 until the close, he assisted us in every imaginable way. His professional real estate skills are simply top notch.

However, maybe of more importance, was Kourosh's local market knowledge. As a long time resident of Santa Cruz county, my wife and I quickly learned to ask any questions that we had in mind, comfortable that we would get an honest and informed answer.
