For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,875,000 in Santa Barbara for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,696,250 in May.

West Downtown had 11 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 11—up 57.14% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
