In June of 2021, it was my first time doing business with Allen. It's safe to say I will continue to work with him. Allen is sharp, has excellent negotiating skills and he's a listener. He exceeded my expectations and got me $26k over asking price on my property and I couldn't be happier. Allen made our 26 day escrow process feel like a breeze. More importantly, he answers his phone when you call. And if he's unable to answer, he calls back ASAP.
