Our short story:
My siblings and I had to move mom to an assisted living facility. Since we all lived out of the area, four of us out of State, and the other 5-hours away, we were not sure how to handle the cleaning and preparation of mom's home for sale. On top of the medical issues we were working through with mom, and the requirements the assisted living facility required of mom and us, we were not sure what to do. FORTUNATELY, Heidi was referred to us through a friend of moms.
When we first met Heidi, she was empathetic. She had recently gone through this with her grandmother. So, the navigation through ALL real estate matters went smoothly and she sold the house for the asking price.
