I'm writing this review to thank Daniel Hendrix for all the help and guidance I received from him throughout the duration of my 1st home purchase. My loan was a little complicated which meant that things took a little longer. Dan however kept me informed on all that was taking place almost on a daily basis to make my home purchase a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Dan for anyone's home sale or purchase, knowing that he is a pleasure to work with, highly motivated to get things done, and above all, extremely knowledgeable and professional.

We worked with Dan on both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. From beginning to end, he was thorough, detail-oriented, helpful, professional and made everything about both processes easier. His communication was clear and concise and we always knew what was happening through every stage. Although my husband and I are not new to the home-buying process, Dan's guidance during the purchase and sale of our homes was critical and we're ultimately very happy with where we ended up on the final prices for both residences.
