My loan was a little complicated which meant that things took a little longer. Dan however kept me informed on all that was taking place almost on a daily basis to make my home purchase a very positive experience. As a first time home buyer I had been looking online at places for months and finally towards the end of December I decided to start looking in person. At first I got linked up with another realtor but she didn’t respond for several days to my requested listings. Luckily I then got linked up with Dan on Zillow! From there he guided and helped me through the entire buying process, from strategizing on how I could be the most desirable offer, to helping me with my inspections, keeping everything moving along and dealing with any hiccups on the way, he even helped me carry a few heavy boxes!

This is our 4th transaction in the last 4 years using Dan. Clearly, we find him incredible!
