I am a California native, having lived in Santa Barbara since 1975. I am a real estate enthusiast! I enjoy investing in and developing properties, as well as helping my clients expand their portfolios. I started my sales career at 16 and went on to own several retail stores before discovering the art of real estate. I obtained my license in 2002 and began my journey with Coldwell Banker, where I became one of the top 15% of agents in the nation. In 2019, I opened my own brokerage, Foley Real Estate. With nearly $80 million in sales, my team is small, strong, and dedicated.
