We were quite concerned about the logistics of selling our condominium in Naples, Florida, in that we are residents of New Jersey, and hadn’t been to Naples since the outbreak of COVID. As a result, we reached out to several real estate agents and were very pleased with the expertise that Jeremy O’Guinn demonstrated regarding the Naples real estate market. From the get-go, Jeremy did an excellent job in marketing our condominium through an aggressive online marketing strategy that included first class photos accompanied by a property video tour, a custom website for our home, and placement on leading real estate and local brokerage websites in the Naples area. The result of these efforts is our condo sold in just three days at above our asking price. While obviously this was very important, what made Jeremy really stand out in our mind was how he went out of his way to assist us in handling the contents of our Naples condo being that we reside over a thousand miles away. Besides prepping the home for the photo shoot, Jeremy made frequent trips to the home to ensure that the condo remained safe, while gathering up those items that we wished to have shipped to New Jersey. In this regard, Jeremy worked with us in identifying the items we wished to have sent to New Jersey, while disposing of those items that we requested. He then single-handedly packed up the items we had requested, and shipped the contents to our home in New Jersey. Needless to say based on the very favorable experience we had with Jeremy, I would heartily recommend he be considered for anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate in the Naples area.
