Johnson County had 20 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 102—up 3.03% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 102 active listings, 22.55% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Johnson County fell 1.87% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $369,950. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
