Inventory in Angelina County has expanded notably, with active listings up more than a third from last year to 360 and months of supply soaring to 22 compared with 5.7 months across Texas. At the same time, contract activity has shifted, as homes sold are down more than 20 percent year over year while pending sales have surged by more than 150 percent, indicating more deals are now moving into the pipeline.

Conditions have become slower-paced for sellers, as the median days on market has stretched to 81 days, up roughly 44 percent from last year, giving buyers considerably more time to decide.
