Working with April was amazing! She was referred to us through the Homes for Heroes program and from the first call with her it felt like she was deeply committed to helping us find the right home. It almost felt like she was buying the home for herself, that is how committed she was.

After we spoke, she quickly set up a viewing perimeter based on the areas we said we wanted to live in, and once I received the daily update, I would shortlist the ones we wanted to view.
