Working with April was amazing! She was referred to us through the Homes for Heroes program and from the first call with her it felt like she was deeply committed to helping us find the right home. It almost felt like she was buying the home for herself, that is how committed she was.

After we spoke, she quickly set up a viewing perimeter based on the areas we said we wanted to live in, and once I received the daily update, I would shortlist the ones we wanted to view. Moments after texting April to ask to view them, they were on the calendar! No time was wasted, and it was almost as if she had the other agents on speed dial to set the appointments, she was that efficient. When it came to actual viewings, April was always there even before us, and as we were walking through viewing the homes, she was never pushy.
