April is great! She always made herself available, it was awesome working with her! She’s very reliable and has a positive attitude. She shared the latest available homes with me daily. As well as helped me sell my first home. She’s friendly, she’s accurate, she’s very responsive! Great experience!!

I would like everyone to know how special and dedicated April is and how well she performed. April went above and beyond for me and my family and jumped through hoop after hoop until she got the results we needed. I also want everyone to know that when selling your home seems impossible, April can get the job done! And, if there is something she is not sure of she will find out. April CAN sell manufactured housing and CAN help transition from personal property to real property. This sets April aside from other agents. Most agents don't have the knowledge to do this or don't want to spend the time to mess with the extra paperwork. Our family relocated for work and we ended up with April as our realtor out of several choices. I don't know if other people are like me or not, but I have to "click" with people before working with them, in any capacity. And April and I clicked right away. Let's be honest, buying/selling a house can be super stressful but April went to bat for us! She was so polite and helpful even through my millions of questions. She did virtual walk throughs and gave us honest opinions which was so helpful since I was still living 10 hours away during the process.
