“Thanks to Bill, my house was sold just at the right time. I can’t say that I sold my house, because I didn’t really. I’m so glad that Bill was my agent. I lucked out. He sold my house, not me. Plus, he came highly recommended. Worth every bit of it. Bill is a very personable, very relatable, has a great sense of humor, very positive. He makes you feel comfortable and it’s easy to trust him. When I was getting so frustrated with the whole process, Bill would say that we shall succeed! His positivity and his work on finding buyers really paid off for me. Yes, Bill was my realtor, yet I felt a had a brief friendship with him. He made my experience selling my home, which can be so stressful, not so stressful. Thank you, Bill and the best, to you and your family.”

“We just celebrated our first month since closing on our condo in Point Ruston, WA. Nikki was instrumental and amazing to work with throughout the entire purchase process - and somehow made the whole experience smooth and seamless. She was quick to respond to our many emails/texts and always answered our calls. Additionally, she made it a priority to give us frequent updates while working through the underwriting process and really worked hard to get us answers quickly to the many questions we had as they came up. I highly recommend Nikki for anyone wanting to work with a realtor who is professional, clearly cares about representing her clients, and will go above and beyond to help them through the entire home buying process.”
