I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor with Realm Real Estate Professionals since December 2018. In my rookie year, 2019, I sold 3 homes totaling nearly $676k and fell short of my goal of $1M.

Since then, I have completed 9 transactions with a total sales volume of $2.6M. My passion for real estate goes beyond just sales; I enjoy touring homes and keeping up with new technology. I also compare older homes against new builds. The seller's market of 2021 solidified my belief that real estate is one of the safest and best forms of investing, offering unmatched dividends when properties are held as rentals and a return on investment of 2 to 3 times depending on when we decide to sell.

As a native Houstonian with a Bachelor's in Accountancy and an MBA, I am very familiar with the oil and energy sector. My accounting background enables me to exercise due diligence when making offers and preparing valuations to list your property.
