Allison was very patient with us as we were very picky about the property we wanted. We had very specific requirements and very few properties met the criteria we were looking for. Allison helped keep us on track if we started to deviate from baseline criteria and not waste time on a property she knew would not work for us. Her knowledge of local area was very helpful in determining advantage / disadvantage of locations we looked at. Her guidance was essential in acquiring the house we needed from the start. Mortgage pre approval was the first thing she advised us on and it made a difference in getting offer accepted by seller and her continued advise through the process of price negotiation, repairs, getting the correct document on for mortgage final approval was outstanding. It goes without saying her communication with us was outstanding to make everything I've already mentioned possible.

Allison went above and beyond for us with the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. She's very knowledgeable. Like I said, there we so many tasks and things that I feel were outside of her responsibility/ duties as a realtor, but she took over and helped us with it anyways. I thought many of the calls and meetings she came to were very helpful & thoughtful. Like I said she has a "go Above and beyond" mentality of a realtor.
I also appreciate her being very avaliable & easy to reach. I never had any issues contacting her , waiting on responses etc.
If we do need another realtor I'd only want to work with her.
She's also very knowledgeable with all aspects of reality (our new build home and our older model double wide). Even during any downtime she'd give us tips and tricks to take care of our new home & market our old home to sell FAST. It was under contract in less than a week and after only three showings.
