Allison was very patient with us as we were very picky about the property we wanted. We had very specific requirements and very few properties met the criteria we were looking for. Allison helped keep us on track if we started to deviate from baseline criteria and not waste time on a property she knew would not work for us. Her knowledge of local area was very helpful in determining advantage / disadvantage of locations we looked at. Her guidance was essential in acquiring the house we needed from the start. Mortgage pre approval was the first thing she advised us on and it made a difference in getting offer accepted by seller and her continued advise through the process of price negotiation, repairs, getting the correct document on for mortgage final approval was outstanding.
