She's just all around awesome!!!

Allison did a great job. She shared so much personal information about the area to include rv parks for us to stay at, as well as local hikes and waterfalls. She is very knowledgeable about the tri cities area, and helped us get out of a contract when it failed inspection. She is a Great Realtor!

Allison was excellent. Her communication was excellent and she always responded promptly. We were from out of town and she even provided us a list of area attractions as a way to explore the area.

Allison Elliott exceeded everything above excellent! I would recommend her to everyone! Very polite, thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable and fought for me to get in a home. I don't think any other realtor would have worked as hard as she did! Allison Elliott did everything she could to make sure that I was placed in my new home, going from one lender that had me to the end then canceled two days before closing she immediately got me to a mortgage broker that helped complete the process. Allison Elliott was also very patient and answered every question I had for her. If she didn't have the answer immediately she would get back in touch with me as soon as she did!

Allison is an amazing agent to work with. Prior to the sale of this property, she helped us find the perfect home. We were from out of state and the housing market was very hot and we couldn't always get to TN from NY quick enough to view the houses we were interested in. So she always took the time to go to the houses we were interested in and give us a virtual tour. We bought our current home sight unseen with Allison's very thorough help. There was never any question when the time came to sell our additional property, that we would ask Allison to handle it for us. She had it sold in two weeks!
