Allison is easy to work with and very knowledgeable with the real estate market. She knows what we need and want. She has built a great support element over the years and insures we are very well taken care of with all our real estate needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Although I know that this is a survey for Century 21 Legacy, I and my business will follow Allison wherever she is if I need a real estate agent in the future and I will insist that my children consult with her if they have a need.

Allison Elliott proved to be a loyal friend, a trustworthy agent, and a compassionate, knowledgeable person. She has all the qualities needed, but above all that, she has a sensitive quality that was evident first time we met her, and I was put at ease from the beginning.

Allison Elliot went above and beyond for us. Could've never closed without her help! She stayed on top of things and was there to help us every step of the way. I felt like I was talking with a friend and not an agent the whole time I dealt with Allison. Allison is the best! She is patient and understanding and wants to make sure that you get the property that is perfect for you. It took us over a year to finally find the perfect property for us and Allison was there to help us and advise us the whole time. I would recommend Allison to anyone who is looking for a home! Allison Elliott is an excellent agent. She is knowledgeable of the different areas around the Tri-Cities. She was always happy to work around our crazy, hectic schedules. She understood our needs. When we decided to make an offer, she did an excellent job writing the contract.

Allison Elliott was amazing to work with! She was patient with us and worked with us for a yr and half because my husband and I could not agree. She definitely knows her stuff. As well she had our best interest in mind. Unlike other Realtors that we had previously met she didn't try to push us into anything. She would point things out that could possibly been an issue. I would definitely recommend her to any one that is looking for a property.

I just want to say Allison Elliott has been amazing to work with. She accommodated with our crazy schedule every time we found a possible house. I truly believe that if it hadn't been for her we would had settled on something good that both of us weren't 100% happy with. If I ever buy a house or sale a house I will definitely chose Allison again.

Allison Elliott did a great job for me. Allison showed me multiple properties and answered any question or need I had. The offer and closing went very smooth and quickly.

Allison was very professional and went above and beyond her regular duties in working with us and getting us information we needed to make an informed buying decision. She went out of her way to take pictures for us since we were out of state making a purchase decision based on her input. We trusted Allison, and glad we did.
