No words to describe enough how amazed I am by Allison Elliot professional and caring attitude. She has this sweet , warm personality which breaks any ice and makes everything easy. She is truly a gem in Tennessee, we loved here from the beginning and couldn't ask for better agent. She helped us with showing the property, was on the top of everything we needed ,was always there for us. We are recommending her to anybody who is looking for a new home. She ROCKS!!!

It was a pleasure dealing with Allison for the past few years. Every time we were traveling down to the area she would get a bunch of listings together for us to see. Rhroygh trial and error she was able to learn what we liked and what we didn't. Not only did she show us homes in person, but many times we did virtual tours. She really went above and beyond for us and we loved dealing with her.

Allison does her best to be there for her clients and meet their needs. She is very dedicated to her job and the clients she serves. We had issues with our title which is why our sale took so long to close but Allison did a wonderful job helping us get those things resolved. She has a very friendly and sweet personality and we loved dealing with her. She will always be the agent we use in future home purchases or sales.

Our realtor for a home purchase in Mountain City, Tennessee, was Allison Elliott. We were coming from Missouri and California and Allison handled the complexity of our home purchase so comfortably. Even the ticklish details of the purchase were done professionally and smoothly. Her communication was daily and sometimes several times a day. She had listings of services we needed, she investigated questions we had immediately, and all was handled with grace, patience, and calm. I have sold and purchased homes dozens of times in my life and I have never dealt with an agent that was so attentive, under control, and personable at the same time. Add to all of the personal attention -- Allison KNOWS eastern Tennessee and was able to give us information from many different counties and townships.
