My name is Amanda Nefe, and I have been in Real Estate for 5 years now! Even though it feels like a much longer time than that, lol.
I enjoy helping people find their first home, dream home, or investment property. I have a great understanding of what my clients are looking for after viewing a few homes, and I get laser-focused on their parameters like no other.
I am not a pushy person by nature, so if my clients are not comfortable, I am not comfortable. I always say we need a two-way street on trust! If you don't trust me, then I can't trust you, and vice versa. This is, most of the time, someone's biggest purchase they will ever make. I do not take that lightly!
