I couldn't have been happier to have AMY MACHITA as my agent. Right from the minute we met, she assured me that we were going to list the property from a realistic market prospective. Within two days, I was in the office going over the needed paperwork to list the property, as well as a given timeline as to how long (or short) the sale could proceed and she had given me all her contact information so I could finish and set a date to return the documents. In less than a weeks time, she was working to arrage numerous showings (some were during the day, evenings, and weekends. She was very accommadating to my questions and would even call me in the late evening if needed. The sale went smoothly! No doubt she put %1000 into getting the home sold within a months time. We met Amy Machita, after calling Century 21 Select, as she was the listed agent for the property we were interested in.
We aranged a date at which time we would meet to view te property we were interested in. On the day of ouur arrival it ws raining cats& dogs, but Amy did not demure but led us to the said property.
After arriving there and finding it unsuitable (steep incline), she was prepared with several alteravored by my wife.native properties to view, one of which, whose location was favored by my wife and we submitted an offer.
From thereon, the sale was on autopilot. Amy informed us of all requirements and how the sale would play out and the timelines involved.
It was a painless process and we give credit for that to Amy Machita. We highly recommend this Real Estate professional based on our experice, and would not hesitate to really on her advise in the future.

When my wife and I first found the home listed, Amy was extremely easy to get ahold of and answer any questions on the property. Seeing it was also very easy (I believe we saw it the very first day that we called about it).

I believe from the first phone call to the closing date, it was about a month. There was some back and forth to make sure that everything was going smoothly (title search, wiring money, etc.) and Amy helped keep the ball moving in a very polite and respectful manner to all of those involved.

Her co-agent, Brian McCardle, was also a huge help every step of the way. Like Amy, he was extremely personable and very helpful.
