I contacted Century 21 and to my extreme delight, Amy Machita was the agent who returned my call. She was uncommonly efficient and diligent. This being an interstate transaction I expected complications. Amy, in a very timely fashion, coordinated all communication between the buyer, title company, the mortgage company and myself. She seamlessly facilitated the processing and signing of all necessary documents. Additionally she made herself available for what seemed to be 24 hours a day.

I've been involved in numerous real estate transactions, and have never been more satisfied. From my interaction with Amy, I would rate her as extremely valuable to your operation.

Overall I cannot say enough about how Amy Matchita handled every aspect of the entire process of the sale of my home. By no means was this sale easy cause of the circumstances but no matter how things went Amy was always there to help me more than I even expected. Because of everything she did for me with the sale I will be returning to her in the near future when I am ready to buy my next home.

Amy Machita was very professional and friendly. She always kept us up to date regarding what was happening with the selling of the property. I think she went above and beyond to keep us informed. All brokers should care about their clients like she did. With all the up’s and downs, she always stayed positive and we all got through to the closing.
