Upon the showing of the house, I realized that wasn’t the house for me. I later contacted Amy Machita again and let her know what I was looking for and almost immediately she responded with a short list of homes that were available that met my requirements. After that, I knew I didn’t want a different broker.

Any Machita answers all of my questions within a timely manner, I’m able to understand what she’s talking about because she doesn’t use a lot of real estate jargon. Has always been polite and knowledgeable about the properties she’s shown me, informed me of new properties for sale and even let me know when a property was sold.

Thanks to Amy Machita for everything she’s done to get me into a beautiful home.
