Jordan is a Pepperdine University graduate in Business and began his career in
public accounting at KPMG. He transitioned into real estate brokerage in 2009
and in 2012 also began flipping homes and building a real estate investment portfolio. Jordan is a licensed CPA, a licensed real estate broker, a designated
Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and a Certified Real Estate Divorce
Specialist. He has been practicing real estate for 14 years and is a top-producing real estate broker with well over $600M in career real estate sales. He has also an active real estate investor and has transacted over $60M in personal flips and partnership deals and runs a small short term rental portfolio in San Clemente. He is currently working on his first development deal. Jordan has been married to his wife, Kayleigh for 16 years and has two children – 16 year-old Theo and 13-year-old Emma.
