I worked with Mike Cranston from Pretty Properties. As a first time homebuyer, Mike was there every step of the way in helping us find the perfect house!

I met with Mike in person to discuss what I was looking for in a house, price range, and he explained how the process working with KW would go. From that meeting, Mike and team were integral in sourcing houses in the market / about to come to market, identifying and inspecting the perfect house, and finally making sure all paperwork, negotiations, and legal issues were all streamlined.
